Processing & Handling Time
  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • High-Volume Exceptions: During seasonal launches, holiday rushes, or promotional events, processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you directly via email if your order faces any unusual delays.
Important Summer & Warm Weather Notice
Because our premium soaps are enriched with high percentages of natural triple butters (shea, cocoa, and mango), they are sensitive to extreme heat.
  • Melting Risk: We do our best to insulate packages, but we cannot control transit environments. Skin Delight is not responsible for products that soften or melt if left in hot mailboxes or on porches for extended periods.
  • Tip: Please track your package closely and bring your soaps indoors immediately upon delivery. If a soap feels slightly soft upon arrival, leave it in a cool, dry place (or pop it in the fridge) for an hour to firm back up before handling.
