  • Processing & Shipping: Orders process within 1 to 3 business days. Standard US delivery takes 3 to 7 business days. We are not responsible for transit delays, incorrect shipping addresses, or packages left to melt in the heat.
  • Handcrafted Nature: Our soaps are made in small artisan batches. Slight variations in color, pattern, shape, and weight are normal and expected.
  • Ingredient & Cosmetic Safety: All ingredients are listed transparently. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any skin condition. If you have sensitive skin, please perform a patch test. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.
